Word is out...

This weekend we had a Father's Day picnic where we told Dan's family the happy news. I had made a "special sundae bar" with various toppings that included pink and blue M&M's printed with the words "baby Schmidt" and "spring 2008". As everyone was called for ice cream, Melissa saw these strange M&M's and wondered if they were leftover from someone's baby shower. Cori read the inscription, looked at Dan wondering if it was for real. Both Melissa and Cori were very excited but didn't spill the beans. People knew something was up and when everyone had a chance to see the M&M's we gave the details. Soon Grant and Cayden will have a little cousin! Everyone is trying to figure out the gender but we are tight lipped. When we are in Vietnam, we'll let everyone know via this blog!
