Good morning

Today has been a good day so far. We took Gianna for a walk around the lake and Dan took some pictures of us to fill in the gaps in the family album. At one point, some Vietnamese strangers came up to the stroller. Their little girl wanted to push Gianna around in the stroller which really scared her, like these people were trying to kidnap her. So I got her up out of the stroller into my arms. Surprisingly she didn't cry!! Dan quick snapped a bunch of pics. She was so scared of the strangers and at least knew that new Mommy was safer than these people. Hmmm, maybe that's a good strategy, get strange people to frighten her so I look good in comparison! Hahaha.

We went into Old Quarter and bought her a Vietnamese-style winter jacket. We also saw this interesting sign. These were just regular wooden stamps...there were several tampon stamp stores all in a row, the tampon stamp district! We didn't buy any. At 1pm we head off to the US Embassy for our visa interview. Wish us luck! Oh, forgot one more thing, here is a link to a video of Gianna teaching Dan Vietnamese.

I love the little Bruno toy you brought her in that last pic! And the video is cute!
