Sorry those of you with Google Reader feeds. I posted something yesterday, then deleted it b/c I wasn't sure if I had my facts straight. There has been some movement of our Vietnam paperwork ahead of schedule, but it may be stuck in a lurch again. I am waiting for more info before deciding whether to be happy or not.
Meanwhile, the agency has requested that our travel group come together and decide which hotel we want to stay at. We've chosen the aptly named Somerset West Lake (we live in Somerset, NJ). It has apartment-style living with kitchenettes, a pool, gym, and lots of child-friendly conveniences for a reasonable price. Our trip will be 2-3 weeks, so the hotel choice is pretty important! We wouldn't want to end up somewhere like the Hanoi Hilton ;-) Bad joke, I know.
