Jump ship to beautiful Kazakhstan

As the freak-out about the Vietnam program spreads across the web, some people are considering switching to Kazakhstan, especially people that are way-down on the wait list for Vietnam. Yes, Kazakhstan, the country of Borat (they will never live that down), bordering both Russia and China with a bunch of other 'stan countries to the south. The wait times are short, as short as Vietnam wait times were when we joined the program, but in traditional Russian style, you must travel twice. The first trip, you pick out your child. The second trip, you adopt your child. Since our dossier is already over in Vietnam, I don't think we will change programs, unless the Vietnam program closes before we can complete an adoption.
